Starting 19:30 - Closing 22:00 駅で待ち合わせ : 19:00-19:15 早稲田口の改札前で「Welcome Tokyo」と「MEETUP」の目印を持ってます。 遅れた場合は、会場に直接来てね！

19:30 - 19:45 受付 & ドリンクを頼む 誰が参加者なのか分かるよう、受付時にリストバンドとネームタグを用意しております。受付、ドリンクを購入後はすぐにパーティーに参加できます。

19:45 - 21:50 Free chatting with new friends スタンディング形式のバーなので、自由に動けてたくさんの人と話すことができます。また、椅子もあるので疲れた時に座って話すことも可能です。フードは19:45ごろからセットします。

21:50 - 22:00 Closing time イベント終了後、席はお店側に開放します。残りたい場合でも一旦お店から出てもらい、その後通常のお客さんとして再入店して下さい。

英語が話せなくても大丈夫！アットホームな雰囲気なので１人での参加も心配ありません☺パーティーが終わるまではいつでも参加可能です！
