So you can step the skill up. mitt training is following your skill of kickboxing. so you can lean nice kickboxing combination at mitt training このバーチャルキックボクシングでは、参加者のスキルレベルに合わせて、ステップアップできます。先生が、ミットを出すところに向かってキックやパンチをシャドーで出して、エクササイズとストレス解消が出来ます。そして先生がレッスンの中で、動きのアドバイスを行います。
