Event Cancellation Policy

This policy sets forth the conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and related matters for participation in any Event.
By making a reservation for or participating in an Event, the Participant is deemed to have accepted both these Terms and this Cancellation Policy.
Terms used in this policy shall follow the definitions provided in the Event Participation Terms of Use (“Terms”).

Article 1 (Cancellation Deadline)

If a Participant wishes to cancel their reservation for the Event, they must contact the Organizer using the designated method before the scheduled start time of the Event.
For details on how to contact us, please refer to Article 5: How to Notify Us of a Cancellation.
Please note that cancellations received after the deadline will be considered as no-shows.

Article 2 (Cancellation Fees)

As a general rule, if a Participant cancels their reservation for personal reasons, the full participation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
However, if a specific Event page sets forth a different cancellation fee policy, such policy shall take precedence and apply.

Article 3 (Refunds)

In the event that a refund is applicable, the Organizer will process the refund, in principle, within 14 business days after the cancellation is accepted.
Refunds will be issued only through the same payment method used at the time of reservation.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate refund requests via any other payment methods.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances based on dissatisfaction or complaints following participation in the Event.

Article 4 (Event Cancellation by the Organizer and Corresponding Measures)

If the Organizer is forced to cancel an Event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public transportation delays or suspensions, or other force majeure events, the Organizer will take one of the following measures, depending on the situation.
Please note that the Organizer bears no responsibility for any expenses other than the participation fee, including but not limited to transportation and accommodation costs.

(1) For Indoor Events
Eligibility: Participants who have paid the participation fee in advance via the Organizer’s official website.

・ If the Event is canceled before it begins:
The Organizer will issue a refund for the ticket portion of the participation fee. Service fees and other charges incurred at the time of ticket purchase are non-refundable.

・ If the Event is canceled within 1 hour of starting:
The Organizer will issue either a discount ticket or a complimentary ticket, equal in value to the ticket price at the time of issuance. This ticket may only be used for a similar type of Event held in the future, not necessarily the same Event. The ticket will be issued on-site.
If there is a price difference when using a discount ticket, the Participant is responsible for paying the difference.

Note: Early departure due to the Participant's own circumstances is not eligible for the above measures.

(2) For Outdoor Events (Excludes events with only temporary outdoor movement.)
Eligibility: Participants who have paid the participation fee in advance via the Organizer’s official website.

・ If the Event is canceled within 1 hour of starting due to weather or other factors:
The Organizer will offer one of the following on-site at the venue:

①Arrangements to transfer participation to another event being held at the same time.

②Issuance of a discount ticket or complimentary ticket, equal in value to the ticket price at the time of issuance, valid only for the same Event when held in the future.
If there is a price difference when using a discount ticket, the Participant is responsible for paying the difference.

Note: The above options (① and ②) are available only to eligible Participants who are present at the venue on the day of the Event. These measures will not be provided at a later date.
No additional participation fee will be charged for transferred attendance (Option ①), but any personal expenses such as food or beverages consumed at the venue are the Participant’s responsibility.
Early departure due to the Participant’s own circumstances is not eligible for the above measures.

Article 5 (How to Notify Us of a Cancellation)

Participants who wish to cancel their reservation for the Event must contact us by filling out the required information on the “Contact” page of the Organizer’s official website.
To ensure accurate identification of the Participant, please be sure to include the following details exactly as provided at the time of reservation:

Full name, Event date and time, Event name, Order number, Email address
