Operated by Welcome Tokyo, WelcomeJapan delivers international exchange and cultural experience events, as well as the official "WelcomeJapan App". Through events like "Welcome Tokyo" and our mobile app, we provide a safe and welcoming space where international residents, travelers, and locals can gather, connect, and build meaningful friendships beyond language and cultural barriers.

WelcomeJapan operates across major cities in Japan, hosting events at central, easy-to-access locations near primary transport hubs in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Naha, and Sapporo.

Mainly hosted around central hubs in Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Harajuku.

Mainly hosted around key central areas such as Umeda, Shinsaibashi, Namba, and Honmachi.
