💼 What You'll Do: Your Role in Event Operations

You'll be responsible for the overall operation of our international exchange events. Your welcoming smile and meticulous attention to detail will be key to making each event a success!

  • Simple Venue Setup: Before the party kicks off, you'll help arrange tables, chairs, and name tags. Don't worry, we'll provide clear instructions! You'll also set the mood with music and lighting to create a fun, inviting atmosphere.

  • English & Japanese Reception / Guest Welcome: Greet participants with a smile, check them in using the WelcomeJapan app reservation list, and guide them. If someone seems a bit nervous, offer a friendly word to help them relax!

  • Participant Matching & Conversation Support: Many guests are meeting for the first time, so your role in breaking the ice and sparking conversations is crucial. Sometimes, you'll step in to translate or encourage quieter guests to join the discussion. Your proactive engagement will help conversations flow naturally!

  • Photography & Social Media Promotion: Capture the lively atmosphere by taking photos and videos with your smartphone. While you're snapping shots, it's important to naturally chat with guests and build rapport. You'll send photos and videos to our HQ for social media, so you'll definitely sharpen your photography skills!

  • Event Reporting: After each event, you'll complete a simple report.

  • Online Tasks (30-60 min, paid separately): After you head home, there's a quick online task. Our custom-developed communication app makes it easy to submit event reports, photos, and communicate with headquarters. You can do it all from your smartphone, making it perfect for utilizing your free time effectively! Customer inquiries are primarily handled via the WelcomeJapan app using templates or escalated to HQ when needed. You won't have to handle phone calls with customers.



🗓 Work Schedule: Fixed Part-Time Hours

We're looking for staff who can commit to at least 2 days a week on a fixed schedule.

  • Fridays & Saturdays: On-site from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM + 30-60 minutes of online tasks (paid).

  • Sundays: On-site from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM + 30-60 minutes of online tasks (paid).

If you need time off, you can arrange to switch shifts with other staff members. We're also flexible with longer breaks if arranged in advance.



📍 Work Location: Easily Accessible - Shibuya & Shinjuku Areas

  • Shibuya Station area (walking distance from the station)

  • Shinjuku Station area (walking distance from the station)



💰 Compensation & Benefits: Great Pay & Perks

  • Hourly Wage: ¥1,400 to ¥2,000 (with performance reviews 3 times a year for raises).

  • Incentives available.

  • Commuting Allowance: ¥500 per day.

🧑‍💼 Application Requirements & Welcomed Skills: Experience Not Always Needed!

  • Ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment (please indicate your estimated end date).

  • Ability to work a fixed schedule of 2 or more days per week year-round.

  • High school students, those seeking a side job, and beginners are all welcome!

  • If you have study abroad experience, are currently learning English, or have a TOEIC score around 700, that's a plus (but not required!).

You'll explain the event flow, announce pair changes, or introduce conversation themes when it's time. Your announcements will help participants start talking naturally!

Since many participants are meeting for the first time, a little icebreaker or an energy boost from you is key. Sometimes you'll step in to translate or help someone who's shy join the conversation.

Capture event moments with your phone! 📷 While taking photos, it's important to naturally chat with guests and build rapport. You'll take photos and videos for social media and send them to HQ. You'll get better at photography too!

After the event, you'll say "Thank you!" as participants leave. You'll also check for forgotten items and ensure everyone has a pleasant departure.

🧼 ⑦ Cleanup & Venue Reset:

This involves simple tasks like putting tables back in place and gathering trash. It's the moment you get to feel the satisfaction of a successful event!

🏠 ⑧ Head Home! + Online Reporting (compensated):

After returning home, there's a short online task (30-60 minutes). Event reports, photo submissions, and communication with HQ are all done through our in-house communication app. All can be done on your smartphone!
