🏢 A Day in the Life: Your Role as a Tour Guide
WelcomeTokyo events are always buzzing with a mix of international visitors and locals. Your smile and attentiveness are key to making everyone feel welcome! 🌏✨
🏠 Venue Setup: You'll either set up a simple reception point or wait at a designated outdoor meeting spot holding a sign, ready to greet approaching guests.

2.🙋♀️ Reception & Welcome: Using the WelcomeJapan app, you'll check the reservation list and greet participants warmly. Confirm names, provide initial information, and help anyone feeling nervous to relax and get excited for the tour.

3.🎤 MC & Event Facilitation: You'll explain the tour itinerary, including the types of bars you'll visit. Before moving between locations, you'll coordinate with our main office. Your clear communication helps break the ice and encourages participants to mingle.

4. 👥 Guest Interaction & Support: At each bar, you'll help bridge the gap between our international guests and local patrons. Since many people are meeting for the first time, you'll act as an icebreaker and help keep the energy positive. Sometimes this might involve light interpretation or supporting guests who are a bit shy.

5.📸 Photography/Videography (for SNS) + Guest Interaction: You'll capture photos and short videos of the event highlights using your smartphone 📷. Interacting naturally with guests while taking these shots is an important part of the role. You'll then send the media to our main office. It's a great way to hone your photography skills too!

6.📝 Closing: After guiding guests through 4-5 different bars and eateries, you'll lead them to a partner nightclub (if applicable). As the tour concludes, thank everyone for joining and see them off, ensuring they have a pleasant end to their evening. Don't forget a quick check for any forgotten items!

7.🏠 Head Home! + Online Reporting (materials provided): Once you're home, there's a short online reporting task (taking about 30-60 minutes). This involves submitting an event report, uploading photo data, and communicating with the main office via our dedicated company communication app. All of this can be done easily on your smartphone!

Sound like fun? If you're ready to share your passion for Tokyo and meet people from all over the world, apply today! 🌸 Your smile and English skills can be the bridge for unforgettable international exchange experiences!
